Esther Aoko is a human rights advocate and a feminist. She is a champion for women which she believes is her most important role in life. Esther works as the communications and partnerships officer at Positive Young Women Voices where she also co-leads the volunteers department. In her efforts to advance gender equality, she has written and published several articles in local newspapers and digital platforms as she believes that media is a powerful tool for creating change. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations. Esther envisions a world where people in all their diversities can enjoy their lives free from any form of violence.
