Wanjiru Mbugua is the Resource Mobilization lead at Positive Young Women Voices. Wanjiru is a policy expert and a gender & development practitioner, passionate about social justice. Wanjiru draws great fulfillment in working to advance the rights of young women and girls, specifically in promoting their agency. At PYWV Wanjiru is responsible for identifying and screening for suitability, funding opportunities, including calls for grant proposals. She takes the lead in proposal writing and coordinating with other organizations for joint proposal submission.
